Appointments

Our spa hours are:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 9.30am – 6.00pm

Tuesday and Thursday: 9.30am – 7.00pm (Beauty Therapy), 8.30pm (Hairstylists)

Saturday: 10.00am – 5.00pm

For those with mobile phones, we will send a text message confirming your appointment time the day before your booking. Please note all treatment durations include changing and preparation time.

If you find you are unable to keep an appointment, please advise us no later than 24 hours beforehand to avoid incurring a fee.

Our lounge

If you can spare the time, we highly recommend arriving 15 minutes before any treatment to unwind in our lounge. Please help yourself to the complimentary refreshments. Likewise, you may wish to enjoy some quiet time there on completion of your treatment before "facing the world” again.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of treatment. We have EFTPOS facilities and accept all Visa, Mastercard, American Express and CRT cards.
