This Terms and Conditions document governs the use of Beauty & Beyond. Online Service (the Service) including shopping and participation in promotions offered by Beauty & Beyond.
Purchasing from Beauty & Beyond.
Beauty & Beyond online shopping gives you the customer the convenience of quick and easy secure shopping. All our products displayed on our shopping site can be purchased using a secure online Paypal transaction facility. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfilment. Beauty & Beyond does not hold any cardholder information.
Capacity to contract
Orders can only be placed with Beauty & Beyond by persons over the age of 18.
Pricing
All prices in the online shop are in local currency (NZD for New Zealand). Local taxes are shown and included in the total price. All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason at any time.
Credit card transactions are processed in New Zealand, in New Zealand dollars.
Security
We use the secure Hosted Payment page solution from Paypal to process online orders. The Hosted Payment page enables us to offer customers a safe and speedy online shopping experience.
Delivery
Please ensure you supply us with your full and correct delivery address. Beauty & Beyond will not be responsible for orders that go missing when the customer has incorrectly advised us of their address. Should you enter the wrong address, Beauty & Beyond is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
Beauty & Beyond will only supply orders within New Zealand.
Returns
Beauty & Beyond takes every effort to ensure the quality of our products arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order please email us at info@beautybeyond.co.nz and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue. Goods will only be accepted for exchange if received back in a saleable condition. Please note we cannot refund postage and packaging unless goods are deemed to be faulty.
Use of the Service by You
Your right to use the Service is personal to you. You may not authorise others to use the Service, and you are responsible for all of your own use of the Service.
The Service's content, information and advice are free of charge (unless otherwise stipulated). However you are responsible for your own network and connection charges.

Beauty & Beyond never passes on, sells or distributes your information to anyone else. If you choose to join our mailing list we will email you with product news, upcoming promotions and general information. At any time you can unsubscribe from our mailing list.

Online Store Policy

Our commitment is to provide you the best product for your skin, please use our online advisor to help you achieve the best prescription for your skin. Please contact us if you have any queries.
PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover credit cards payment in NZD. We use the PayPal credit card facility however you do not need a PayPal account to pay for items through PayPal. Packages will not be sent until payments have been cleared, please contact us if you have any problems with payment.
(PLEASE NOTE: all payments paid via credit card will incur a surcharge fee of 2%)
GENOAPAY (Pay your treatment or purchase off over 10 weekly instalments…no interest…no fees)
If you are choosing to pay via Genoapay please down load the Genoapay app and have the sufficent funds in your account prior to your appointment.

SHIPPING
All items will be placed in a courier safe bag & will be able to be tracked. Your products will be sent to the address given during check out. Packages will arrive within 7 working days, nationwide only.
